ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE Phoenix Foundation is seeking an individual interested in providing ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE on a contracted basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administrative support to Board of Directors and Board Committees including meeting agendas, packages, and minutes Record keeping and data base management Meeting and event planning and coordination Marketing, communication and awareness building activities General correspondence, donor and community relations This contracted position generally requires 20 to 30 hours per month. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own office set-up and registration and tax remittances with Canada Revenue Agency.
