Boundary Health Care Cooperative PRIMARY HEALTH CARE NURSE The Boundary Health Care Cooperative is seeking to employ a full-time Primary Health Care Nurse at Boundary Medical Clinic. The Primary Health Care Nurse provides comprehensive and coordinated nursing care to patients in a patient medical home setting (doctor or nurse practitioner's office) through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care delivery. Desired Qualifications: Registration with CRNBC Post graduate courses in a chronic disease specialty or advanced skills training considered an asset 2-3 years recent related experience Current valid BC Driver's Licence Applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience are encouraged to apply. The position is 37.5 hours/week. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant.
