The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) invites qualified applicants to apply for the casual position of Equipment Operator within the Environmental Services Department for work at the Boundary Solid Waste Management Facilities. DUTIES: The duties, reporting structure and required qualifications are as per the job description at www.rdkb.com. SALARY: This is a casual position offering a rate of pay of $28.77 per hour as of January 2019. HOURS OF WORK: Up to 15 hours per week (based on scheduling), primarily on week days and some weekend shifts may be required. WORK SITE LOCATIONS: Grand Forks Landfill, West Boundary Landfill [Greenwood], Christina Lake Transfer Station, Rock Creek Transfer Station and the Beaverdell Transfer Station.
