Shelter: BC SPCA - East Kootenay Branch Animal ID: 512052 Birthdate: May 05, 2020 - Kitten Spayed/Neutered: Yes Male **Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are only accepting applications from within the East Kootenays. We are unable to transfer kittens to other locations at this time** All praise young and wise Yoda. Though forces beyond his control left him and his brother Vader stranded on the side of the highway in a rubbermaid container with their mother Leia, that dark start to life never phased him. He knows that fear is the path to the dark side so Yoda has chosen to grow tall and brave so he can flourish into the light. In typical kitten fashion, Yoda has all the energy in the world and uses it to run and play with his brother, so we feel he would do well in a home with other furry friends to keep him entertained. Enrichment is important to keeping this little guys brain in tip top shape and can help him grow into a wise old man one day. Yoda says "Do or do not. There is not try.", so try and succeed he shall in finding the most wonderful furever home for him. Yoda would appreciate a place where playtime, cuddles, and window gazing at birds can be provided and quality time with his humans would be a huge plus. He knows patience is something you must have so he will patiently wait for his purrrfect match to fill out an application.... hopefully today he says! When applying you are welcome to include which kitty you are most interested in adopting, however we may call in regards to another kitten if the kitten you inquired about is no longer available. You must submit an application in order to be considered for adoption. We will do our best to return phone calls however there may be a time delay due to the anticipated volume of interest. In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we've made changes to our adoption process. 1. Submit an application: spca.bc.ca/adoption/application-forms/ 2. Staff will contact you to set-up an appointment to come in for a visit!
