He is a 2-year-old Boxer x Bernese cross whose previous owner had to surrender him when they could no longer provide him with the care he needed. Yukon is a fairly quiet and relaxed soul - he has done well meeting other dogs in shelter and may benefit from living with another canine to help him build confidence and overcome some of his shy behaviours. He can be nervous meeting new people and tends to seek comfort with people that he knows to help him understand how to make new friends. As Yukon comes out of his shell his tail is wagging more and more and his eagerness to love is starting to shine.
