Administrator Advance Nursery Co. Ltd., has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrator in Grand Forks BC. Hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak periods. Job Description: Responsible for managing all office systems including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, government reporting and remittances, inventory, sales, safety program, human resources, import and export permits, plant certification requirements and communications. Salary: Commensurate with experience and performance Skills: Highly motivated, pro-active individual who can work independently with strong organizational management skills and ability to multi-task. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Recent Sage Accounting (or equivalent) and bookkeeping experience. Ability to work effectively with diverse group of employees, customers, government agents, professional support services and other personnel.
