Human Resources Generalist Our team is seeking an HR professional who will demonstrate commitment to human connection and drive employee experience by leading the recruitment, engagement, performance, development and recognition initiatives. You can be depended upon to act with a high level of integrity and confidentiality, especially when dealing with sensitive issues. You have an approachable demeanor, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people. You can be relied upon to be the subject-matter expert of HR best practices and legislation. You have the proven ability to work collaboratively with other department leaders to support the business objectives, processes and policies within an ISO 9001 Quality Management environment. You are administratively strong and comfortable with a variety of software programs that feed the HR information system as well as online platforms such as the ITA apprenticeship program.
