ADMIN ASSISTANT (Part-time, 1 year contract) The key focus of the position is to provide effective and efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment. The position duties include typing, computer work on our internal software program and MS Office, file coordination and filing, reception duties and may also provide other administrative and clerical support to various branch staff. This is a maternity leave coverage for one year. Successful candidate will be expected to work at least three times a week in our office in Nelson, BC. Medical and dental benefits will be provided along with hourly pay between $15 and $18 per hour (depending on qualification and experience). This is an URGENT vacancy we need to fill as soon as possible. Ideal candidate must have completed post-secondary education, preferably related to office administration, and should have at least two years of admin work experience. He/she must be able to work as part of a team, has strong initiatives, and proficient with use of MS Office &ndash Outlook, Work, and Excel.
