Duties Include: Repairing minor plumbing and electrical issues. Changing locks, minor drywall/carpentry repairs. Touch up painting and maintaining carport lighting and operation of sidewalk motion sensors. Some grounds keeping will be necessary to keep outside areas clean, safe and secure in all seasons. Core duties such as fire alarm panel checking plus emergency and on-call services.
