Requirements: 2 years of experience in wood products manufacturing including custom work. Backgrounds in cabinetry, windows & doors, timber frame, log home industries or similar will be considered. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in custom wood manufacturing. Enjoy a hands-on approach and thrive in a team-based environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to use MS Office. A safety leader. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Relevant post-secondary education, OFA 3, Lumber Grading ticket, and/or BSA ticket would be an asset. Valid class 5 driver’s license.
