Position: Driver Salary: $22.78/hr Working as a paramedic, every shift is guaranteed to be different. The most challenging things you will face will include working effectively with a team in emotionally charged situations, communicating with distressed family and bystanders, clearly documenting complex events, and practicing diplomacy and empathy when your role may be misunderstood. Some situations will be unpredictable and demand independent, quick decisions where there may not be a clear “right” answer.
